Atop the Arc d' Triomphe, Paris
Favorite food: Siu (fruits), Eric (dumplings); Favorite activity: Siu (hiking), Eric (biking, or watching others bike on TV), both (eating); Favorite Seattle spot: both (Discovery Park--where we had our first date)
Essentially a blind date, Eric was introduced by Siu's good friend, Grace Lee. However by the time we had our first date, Grace had already moved out of Seattle... the rest is history.
We got engaged in Jasper Nat'l Park after dinner, overlooking the Athabasca River with the Canadian Rockies. We then spent a wonderful week hiking through Banff, Jasper, and Lake Louise.
