A little about me:
My name is Eric Kao and I'm a fourth-year student majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley . I am Chinese and I am American. I'm originally from the San Fernando Valley north of Los Angeles. I am currently living on Telegraph right next to Annapurna. Oh yeah, lately I've been looking for a ride up to Tahoe for some snowboarding, so if you're heading in that direction, please feel free to give me a call. See ya around.

Disparity in Asian/White Interracial Dating (Tanaka Tomoyuki):
Cites some interesting anthropological and sociological arguments
in the FAQ. I don't agree with everything he says, but it's
interesting reading nonetheless. Kinda weird how after making all
these arguments, it segues into 'suggestions on dating for shy Asian
males', and 'what we should be doing'. (Disclaimer: I know nothing
about Tanaka's expertise nor his credibility, only what is posted on
his web page.)
Vincent Chin (Tanaka):
For those who don't know, Chin was a Chinese-American beaten and
killed by two white autoworkers in Detroit, neither of whom served
a day in jail. Check it out for more details.

Magic Johnson:
I grew up watching him play, and I'm so happy that he's back. He
can still play, but even if he sucked hard, his love for the game and
contagious enthusiasm is actually palpable and worth more than anything.
The Lakers have always been my team and I don't really expect them to
win it all, even with Magic back...but hey, anything is possible, right?
Went to a
Smashing Pumpkins concert 2/7. It rocked.

Bob Dole:
Check out this web site, it's awesome! (Dole sucks.
He's evil. He has a plastic smile.)
Pat Buchanan:
Check out this web site, it's awesome! (Buchanan
sucks. He's scarier than Dole. No redeeming qualities, like a
plastic smile or lotsa money. Well, actually, he worked for Reagan.)
Steve Forbes:
Did you know his real name is Malcolm S. Forbes, Jr.?
I like Forbes. He's rich. I would vote for him if he gave me money.
