BORN in SuZhou: One of the prettiest city
in China.
My early childhood years were spent in the campus of
SuZhou University where my grandpa spend
all his life in teaching and making contribution to education.
I have lots of good memory of that city.
RAISED in HangZhou : It is a city as pretty as SuZhou. I attended An1 Ji2 Lu4 elementary school there. If anyone knows anything about it now or was from that school, please email me
sonia@ucsee.eecs.berkeley.edu I have been in Hangzhou for 10 years. This is not exactly true since for 1/3 of the those years, I stayed in Suzhou. I still can remember many elementary classmates. I visited my school in the summer of 1998. I was extremely lucky to see my teacher.GREW UP in Hong Kong: Pearl of the Oriental. I went to Cheung Chuk Shan College for high school there. HK is a fantastic city, I love it! There is an old Chinese saying on how one can enjoy life to the fullest: "Be born in Suzhou, live in Hangzhou, eat in Guangzhou." HK is better place speaking of gourmet food. I am really lucky that I live in these three great places in China.
LIVE in Northern California currently: I got my M.S. in CS (May,1999) from UCLA and my B.S. in EECS (June,1997) from UC, Berkeley. Presently I am working at VillaMontage System, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA.
