State and Local Corporate income tax returns. The Senior Tax Manager
will establish proactive working relationships with cross-functional

Staff Accountant

Payroll Manager
Position based in Mountain View, CA.
Google is looking for a seasoned, hands-on Payroll Manager
responsible for directing the activities of our payroll staff and developing
and monitoring all tasks necessary to process payroll. This position
is also responsible for managing relationships with internal and external
auditors and state and federal agencies. You will ensure that critical
deadlines are met and that payroll processes are fully efficient. You
will evaluate and make recommendations to management to enhance procedures,
controls and/or systems to ensure success and compliance with a long-term
strategic viewpoint.

- Considerable knowledge of payroll administration, including federal
and state regulations, in a multi-state environment.

to scale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Major in Accounting is preferred.

Accounts Payable Accountant
Position based in Mountain View, CA.
Work in a team environment within the Corporate Finance

Billing/Invoice Administrator

This position is responsible for receiving, reviewing,
tracking, and submitting for approval all invoices related to technical
operations at Google. This individual will work closely with the Accounts
Payable team to receive copies of all invoices for approval; will check
invoices for accuracy both with automated tools and through communications
with other teams; will track the progress and ensure that all invoice
are reviewed in a timely manner; and will submit verified invoices
for approval to senior management. This position will also be responsible
for working through and resolving any discrepancies or other billing
issues with vendors and for making recommendations on improvements
or enhancements to the overall approval process.
Requirements:
- At least three years administrative experience preferably in an accounts
